Nick’s schooling life was enjoyed at Pulteney Grammar School and graduated in 1997. He went on to study at the Adelaide University and University of South Australia. Always pushing the boundaries of his comfort zones, Nick went into business with his first employer in real estate after only two years. He is now the sole Principal. He has structured his support team to ensure he concentrates entirely on the journey of selling your home with the aim of creating clients for life.
Nick strongly feels that that the real estate experience extends far beyond sale price and time on market. It’s about achieving the ideal outcome stemming from his clients’ genuine needs and motivations. Being a licensed auctioneer with a high success rate, he thoroughly embraces all methods of sale and works with his clients to achieve only the best outcome.
Nick has been awarded Prestige Club status for the Professionals Real Estate Group in SA, an accolade received for the top 5% of sales agents. In addition, he was inducted into the International Chairman’s Club for the Professionals Australia/New Zealand which recognises outstanding overall performance for marketing, sales volume and performance as an office Principal. He has also sat on the board of directors for the Professionals South Australia. In 2011, Nick and his team at Professionals Norwood were winners of the Messenger Local Business Award for Real Estate (City & Eastern Region).
